Brave Kason

August 7 Kason had his tonsillectomy. He snored almost everynight and his dentist would say, "Man you have adult size tonsils in your little body!" Well out they went. He was really brave, this was his third surgery (one for adenoids and tubes, the second for tubes) so he knows the drill. They give him a little "goofy" juice and then whisk him away when it has taken affect. I love that he doesn't remember anything about the procedure. He wakes up and Daddy is there. He couldn't keep anything down the first day so the ENT doctor gave us a suppository. I think he is scarred for life, but luckily the first one worked. Mike and I argued over who had the privledge of doing that procedure.

It is nice to not hear snoring from Kason at night. I hope it helps his speech some too.
