Mike's turn at surgery

Mike had sinus surgery done on August 8th.  He had been sick with a sinus infection since February.  He was on 4 rounds of antibiotics, steroid treatments, a steroid nose inhaler and was just trying to make it through his day.  Well the stress of his acting director job and being sick, he didn't get better and lost most of his energy too.  After our family doctor x-rayed his sinus cavities and saw a big white mass, he went to see a otolaryngologist (short is ear/nose/throat) doctor.  He had his initial visit where the doctor reviewed the x-ray, then was sent for a CT scan and then back again to the office.  He scheduled surgery for right after our vacation.

He is getting his strength back now and is actually planning on exercising tomorrow for the first time in months.  The doctor also fixed his twisted septum, so he can breath so much better.  We are big fans of Dr. Garlich!
